Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP) is accepting resumes for the above opening. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Fiscal Director is responsible for leadership and management of over-all agency fiscal operations, risk management, information technology, agency telecommunications systems, and oversees facility concerns and lease negotiations. Additionally, works in partnership with fiscal staff and senior management team to provide leadership to the corporation and assure compliance with mission, goals, objectives and policies formulated by the Board of Directors and with all funding sources, legal and fiscal management regulations and requirements. The CFO/Fiscal Director provides fiscal analysis and information necessary to make business decisions.

Required education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field and/or a CPA; Required experience: 5 to 10 years' experience in a senior financial management position or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and three years' experience in a supervisory position. Experience in non-profit financial management with a diverse background in all aspects of finance and in grant fiscal management, preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, and the candidate must be bondable.

This is an Exempt, Regular, Full-Time position.
