• Support Center Supervisor (Inbound calls)-Fort Kent

Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a Support Center Supervisor to join our growing team of professionals in a newly-created, full-time position based at the Fort Kent branch. Our ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, organized person who will supervise our telephone support team. This position involves providing exceptional phone service to those who call in to Acadia FCU, while also scheduling, guiding, coaching, training, and developing the telephone staff to consistently deliver highest-quality member service over the phone. The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to skillfully manage a team, while overseeing the daily workflow by reviewing reports, call logs, recorded calls and using this data for coaching purposes. Six months to two years of similar or related experience is preferred.
