is seeking a committed individual to join our team to work full-time as Customer Service Support for the New York and Madawaska Operations while based and supervised in Madawaska, ME.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Customer Service & Production Planning and will be responsible for supporting customer service and production scheduling in providing reporting of sales, inventory, machine scheduling and schedule updates. He/she will also be responsible to monitor customer orders, provide regular updates to customers and account managers, and work closely with production planning to determine manufacturing dates and shipping to ensure timely delivery of product. Additionally, he/she will be responsible to review inventory in warehouses for prompt turnaround time, encourage early pickup to minimize cost, monitor forecasts, follow-up with customers in securing forecast volumes, and work with Sales Reps to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of job related experience
- Microsoft Office with Excel emphasis a must
- Experience in SAP a plus
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to travel on occasion
