By notice of and in execution of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale dated February 19, 2019 entered in the Superior Court, Aroostook County, Civil Action, Docket No. CARSC-RE-2018-65, in an action brought by NorState Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff, against Estate of Scott R. Boucher, Defendant, for the foreclosure of a mortgage dated February 5, 2010 and recorded in the Northern District Aroostook Registry of Deeds in Book 1669, Page 39, the statutory ninety (90) day redemption period having elapsed without redemption, notice is hereby given that there will be sold at a public auction sale at the offices of NorState Federal Credit Union, 164 Market Street, Fort Kent, Maine on July 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m., all and singular, the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:

The real estate located in Fort Kent, County of Aroostook, and State of Maine, to wit: 169 Michigan Settlement Road, Fort Kent, Maine.

The property will be sold by Quitclaim Deed to the highest bidder who shall pay $5,000.00 of the bid price in cash or certified check at the time and place of sale. The property will be sold subject to utility easements and rights of way of record and utility easements and rights of way which are visible on the face of the earth. The property will be sold subject to real estate taxes assessed by and due and payable to the Town of Fort Kent. Additional terms shall be announced at the sale.
